Chinkankari is a delicate and intricate shadow work type of embroidery practiced mainly by the skilled craftsmen and women of Lucknow, capable of creating a magical effect on any fabric into a beautiful and elegant piece of art.

The art received a major setback during recent times almost on the verge of extinction due to various challenges.we hope to play a significant role in reviving the livelihood and legacy of these artisans to give them their due to credit and pride.
